试论新闻制播系统创新的途径--以番禺融媒体中心为例

摘　　要：“县级融媒体中心建设”是当前宣传思想文化战线的重点工作之一。番禺区融媒体中心作为广州市县级融媒体发展的先行探索者,以“行政推动”联合“政策”“资金”三管齐下,创新打造“一云多厨房”的融媒体矩阵;注重对传统媒体人才的融合转型培养,以“多源采集、一体编辑、多维发布”为策略,再造新闻制播系统,集中优化配置资源,统一调度促进媒介的“真融合”。“The construction of County-level Media Convergence Center”is one of the focuses of the current publicity work of the government.Panyu District media convergence center,as a pioneer in the development of county-level convergence media in Guangzhou,innovates to create a“one cloud,multi kitchen”convergence media matrix by“administrative promotion”combined with“policy”and“fund”;focuses on the convergence and transformation of traditional media talent and takes“multi-source collection,one editing,multi-dimensional release”as the strategy;rebuilds the news production and broadcasting system,centralizes and optimizes the allocation of resources,unified scheduling,and promotes the“true convergence”of media.
