摘　　要：针对洗衣机生产过程中的辊铆工序后报废不可回收重新利用的问题,设计出一款桶底回收装置。设计从企业需求出发,完整地解决了桶底不可回收问题。使用UG建立了三维模型,并且使用Composer建立了动画仿真,验证了整体方案的可行性。Aiming at the problem that the scrap can not be recycled after the roller riveting process in the production process of washing machine,a barrel bottom recycling device is designed.The design from the needs of enterprises,a complete solution to the bottom of the barrel can not be recycled.UG was used to establish a 3D model,and animation simulation was established by Composer to verify the feasibility of the overall scheme.In the subsequent actual use process,it will continue to be improved according to the needs of enterprises.
