摘　　要：【目的】探讨肺部超声评分在婴儿呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory Syncytial virus,RSV)肺炎病情评估中的应用价值。【方法】回顾性分析2020年3月至2021年5月在湖南省儿童医院诊治的RSV肺炎患儿67例的临床资料,分析肺部超声评分与病情严重程度和是否需要呼吸支持的相关性。【结果】RSV患儿病情严重程度与肺部超声评分呈正相关(P<0.05),病情越严重及肺部超声评分越高的患儿,需要呼吸支持的可能性越大。【结论】肺部超声评分可反映RSV肺炎患儿的病情严重程度,可作为一种辅助方法与临床相结合评估肺炎患儿病情严重程度。【Objective】To investigate the value of pulmonary ultrasound score in infant respiratory syncyti-al virus(RSV)pneumonia.【Methods】The clinical data of 67 children with RSV pneumonia diagnosed and treated in Hunan childrens Hospital from March 2020 to may 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.The correlation between pulmonary ultrasound score and disease severity and the need for respiratory support was ana-lyzed.【Results】There was a positive correlation between the severity of RSV and pulmonary ultrasound score(P<0.05).The more serious the condition and the higher the pulmonary ultrasound score,the greater the possibility of requiring respiratory support.【Conclusion】Pulmonary ultrasound score can reflect the severity of RSV pneumonia,and can be used as an auxiliary method to evaluate the severity of RSV pneumonia.
