摘 要:在国家和地方政府相关政策的推动下,工业化建造和智能化建造已成为传统建筑业产业转型升级的重要方向。钢结构建筑具有天然的预制和装配特点,更适合工业化建造的发展之路。对装配式钢结构体系建筑全过程、全专业、全产业一体化建造技术进行了研究及探索,建立了基于BIM技术的一体化建造技术框架,总结了钢结构装配式建筑一体化建造的指导细则;提出了一体化建造评价理论框架,编制了相应的评估软件;研究了基于产品模式的低层装配式钢结构建筑和基于EPC模式的多高层装配式钢结构建筑一体化建造技术逻辑,分别开发了相应的一体化建造平台,最后通过工程示范验证了平台的技术与模式的合理性和有效性。Industrialized construction and intelligent construction are becoming popular reforming and developing tendencies to the traditional construction industry approved by many recent policies issued by central and local governments in China.As a result, steel structure buildings, inherently prefabricated and assembled, are more suitable to the industrialized construction.In this project, a framework of integrated construction for industrialized construction considering the whole processes, the whole participants and the whole industries for prefabricated steel structure buildings based on BIM technology is established.Then a theoretical framework for evaluating the integrated construction levels is proposed.Consequently, the technical logics of integrated construction for low-rise prefabricated steel structure buildings based on the product mode and the multi-story or high-rise prefabricated steel structure buildings based on EPC mode are proposed.Finally, the integrated construction platforms are developed based on above works.Two demo projects are finished using the integrated construction platforms to prove the reasonability and efficiency of the proposed framework of integrated construction for the prefabricated steel structure buildings.
