摘 要:为了研究氧化石墨烯(GO)对石膏基防火涂料的改性作用,首先通过一系列力学性能试验,研究不同添加率的GO对石膏基防火涂料的抗压、抗拉、法向黏结和切向黏结强度的影响。结果表明:随着GO添加率的提高,石膏基防火涂料的抗压强度和抗拉强度增大,但其黏结强度与GO添加率无明显关系。然后通过扫描电镜对未添加和0.50%添加率GO改性的石膏基防火涂料的微观结构进行表征,发现GO可以改变水化晶体的形状和尺寸,使结构更加密实。进一步开展了未添加和0.50%添加率GO改性石膏基防火涂料的隔热性能试验,通过比对两者的等效热传导系数和受保护构件的升温曲线,发现GO可以一定程度地提高石膏基防火涂料的隔热性能。To investigate the modification of gypsum-based fire resistance coating by adding graphene oxide(GO),a series of mechanical property tests are firstly carried out to investigate the effects of GO with different additive amount on the mechanical properties of gypsum-based fire resistance coating for steel structures, including compressive strength, tensile strength, normal bond strength and shear bond strength.Test results show that with the increase of the additive amount of GO,the compressive and tensile strength of coating increase.However, there is no obvious correlation between the additive amount of GO and the bond strength of the coating.Scanning electron microscope is then employed to investigate the microstructure of the coating with 0.50% GO and without GO,which shows that the mixture of GO can change the size and shape of hydrous crystal and enhance the compactness of the structure.Furthermore, heat insulating tests are carried out on the coating with 0.50% and without GO,respectively.Comparisons of the equivalent thermal conductivity coefficients and the temperature curves of coated steel members show that the mixture of GO can improve the heat insulating property of the gypsum-based fire resistance coating.
