摘　　要：【目的/意义】文章从全球共融的创新环境出发,分析高校科研行为中知识产权的复杂性问题,从而提出高校图书馆专门面向科研的知识产权信息服务,以更好地推动创新,支持"双一流"建设。【方法/过程】基于已有的国内外高校知识产权信息服务的实践经验及启示,文章结合高校图书馆知识产权信息服务及数据共享与管理服务的优势,提出高校图书馆面向科研的知识产权信息服务的框架,进行运营模式、服务策略及服务内容分析。【结果/结论】文章提出的图书馆服务运营模式及服务策略,适用于当下的国际科研环境,可作为同行的实践借鉴。【创新/局限】基于目前的创新环境,文章提出专门面向科研的知识产权信息服务,为面向对象的个性化服务探索研究。【Purpose/significance】Starting from the global environment of innovation,the article analyzes the complexity of intellectual property in scientific research in universities in colleges and universities,and proposes the intellectual property information service of academic libraries specifically for scientific research and urgently launched,in order to better promote innovation and support the construction of"double first-class".【Method/process】Based on the existing practical experiences and enlightenment in colleges and universities,from the perspective of subject services,the article combines the advantages of intellectual property information services and data sharing&management services in academic libraries,and puts forward the framework of university library’s intellectual property information services oriented to scientific research,analyzes the service operating models,service strategies and service contents.【Result/conclusion】The service operating models and service strategies can be applied to the current international research environment,and can be used as a reference for the practice of peers.【Innovation/limitation】Based on the current innovation environment,the intellectual property information services specifically oriented to scientific research is a kind of exploratory research object-oriented personalized services.
