摘  要:通过4年的试验,突破楸树和梓树远缘杂交障碍,培育出一种楸树属新种质。总结出授粉时的花粉类型、杂交时间和温度是克服紫葳科楸树属远缘杂交不亲和的关键因素;采用父本多个无性系的混合花粉,在6月下旬至7月上旬、环境温度30℃以上的条件下授粉,成功率高、质量好,是远缘杂交育种的关键环节。After 4-year testing,a new germplasm within Catalpa of Bignoniaceae has been developed which breaks through the barriers of distant hybridization between Catalpa bungei and Catalpa ovata.It has been summarized and concluded that the pollen types for pollination,and hybridization time and temperature are the key factors for overcoming the incompatibility of distant hybridization between Catalpa species within Bignoniaceae;mixed pollen of multiple paternal clones adopted and pollinating in the environment of above 30℃from late June to early July are the key points for high-quality distant hybridization with a high success rate.
