摘 要:多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性常见的生殖与代谢性疾病,高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗和卵泡发育异常是其重要的病理生理特征,其常见并发症如不孕症、代谢综合征等严重影响妇女的身心健康。近年来,线粒体功能障碍在PCOS中的作用受到越来越多的关注。本文就线粒体的生物学特性和线粒体功能障碍在PCOS及其并发症中的研究现状进行综述,以期为PCOS的防治提供新思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common reproductive and metabolic disease in women of childbearing age.Hyperandrogenism,insulin resistance and follicular dysplasia are important pathophysiological characteristics of PCOS.Its common complications such as infertility and metabolic syndrome seriously affect women’s physical and mental health.In recent years,the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in PCOS has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,the biological characteristics of mitochondria and the research status of mitochondrial dysfunction in PCOS and its complications were reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of PCOS.
