摘　　要：输卵管积液是导致女性不孕和流产的重要原因之一。输卵管积液主要通过胚胎毒性或损害子宫内膜容受性降低生育力。子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜接受胚胎的能力,输卵管积液中的各种成分与子宫内膜接触时,可能会对内膜容受性产生不利的影响,导致不良妊娠结局的发生。本文从输卵管积液对子宫内膜超声影像学指标及内膜容受性相关分子标志物表达的影响,以及输卵管积液与子宫内膜炎的关系等方面进行综述,讨论输卵管积液对内膜容受性的影响。Hydrosalpinx is one of the causes of infertility and abortion.Hydrosalpinx impacts the fertility mainly through embryo toxicity or impairing endometrial receptivity.Endometrial receptivity refers to the capacity of endometrium to accept the embryos.When the components of hydrosalpinx fluid contract with endometrium,the endometrial receptivity may be affected and leading to poor pregnancy outcomes.In the present review,we will discuss the impacts of hydrosalpinx on endometrial receptivity in the aspects of ultrasonographic parameters,molecular markers,and the relation between hydrosalpinx and endometritis.
