摘 要:以10个水稻品种为材料,采用水培法培养,并添加水杨酸诱导,分析水稻化感潜力和生理、形态指标的变化及其相关性.生物测试结果表明,水杨酸诱导后,大部分品种的叶片浸提液和种植液对莴苣生长的抑制率均有显著提升.水稻生理、形态指标分析结果表明,PI312777、特优884、协青早B3个水稻品种的叶片叶绿素含量、氮含量、根长、株高、干重等均显著升高,其余水稻品种变化规律不明显.相关性分析结果表明,水稻化感潜力与上述生理、形态指标均呈正相关.水稻叶片叶绿素、氮含量对水稻种植液化感潜力的影响高于水稻叶片浸提液化感潜力,而水稻根长、株高、干重对水稻叶片浸提液化感潜力的影响高于水稻种植液化感潜力.主成分分析结果表明,水杨酸诱导后,不同水稻的化感潜力与生理、形态指标的区分主要分为两大主成分,主成分1的贡献率为38.52%,主成分2的贡献率为26.90%.水稻叶片浸提液化感潜力与水稻株高、干重、根长显著相关,而水稻种植液化感潜力与水稻叶绿素含量、氮含量显著相关.10 rice varieties were induced by salicylic acid using hydroponic method. The effects of salicylic acid induction on the allelopathic potential, and physiological and morphological indexes of rice were analyzed, together with their relationships. Bioassay results showed that leaf extracts and culture solutions from most induced rice varieties exerted significantly elevated inhibitory effects on lettuce growth. The chlorophyll content, nitrogen content, root length, plant height and dry weight of rice varieties of PI312777, Teyou 884 and Xieqingzao B were enhanced significantly after salicylic acid induction, while those of other rice varieties did not change obviously. Correlation analysis showed that the allelopathic potential of rice was positively correlated with the physiological and morphological indexes. The effects of chlorophyll content and nitrogen content on the allelopathic potential of rice culture solutions were higher than that of rice leaf extracts after salicylic acid induction, while the effects of root length, plant height and dry weight on the allelopathic potential of rice leaf extracts were more significant than that of rice culture solutions. Principal component analysis showed that the allelopathic potential and physiological and morphological indexes of rice were divided into 2 main components when grouping after salicylic acid induction. The contribution rates of principal component 1 and 2 was 38.52% and 26.90%, respectively. The allelopathic potential of rice leaf extract was significantly related to plant height, dry weight and root length, while that of rice culture solution was significantly related to chlorophyll content and nitrogen content.
