摘 要:从福建省福州市的芦苇和芒果树的根系土壤各分离到一种巴兹尔线虫属群体.通过形态学与分子生物学方法鉴定,明确了芦苇根系的线虫群体为畸形巴兹尔线虫[Basiria aberrans(Thorne,1949)Siddiqi,1963],芒果树根系的线虫群体为纤细巴兹尔线虫[B.gracilis(Thorne,1949)Siddiqi,1963],均属于我国新记录种.基于巴兹尔线虫的18S区和28S D2-D3区序列构建的系统进化树表明,巴兹尔属线虫为多系进化.Two nematode populations of genus Basiria were collected from the rhizosphere soil of reed and mango tree grown in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, respectively. The reed nematode population was identified as Basiria aberrans(Thorne, 1949) Siddiqi, 1963, while the mango tree nematode population was identified as B.gracilis(Thorne, 1949) Siddiqi, 1963 based on morphological and molecular analysis, both of which were considered newly recorded species in China. Basiria was polyphyly based on the phylogenetic analysis on the sequencing data of the 18 S rRNA and the D2-D3 expansion segments of 28 S rRNA.
