摘 要:为了探究异位发酵床垫料的介电特性,实现垫料含水率的快速检测,本研究以异位发酵床垫料原料(稻谷壳和锯末)为研究对象,利用平行板电容器研究了频率(0.1~100.0 kHz)、温度(25~65℃)、含水率(32.16%~68.61%)和体积密度(101.9586~459.3941 kg·m^(-3))对垫料的相对介电常数ε′_(r)和介质损耗因数ε″_(r)的影响;在所选频率下,建立了预测含水率的数学模型,并对模型进行了验证.结果表明,在0.1~100.0 kHz频段内,温度的升高、含水率和体积密度的增大都会使垫料的ε′_(r)和ε″_(r)呈现递增的趋势,频率的增大会使二者呈现递减的趋势.在所选频率下建立的模型的决定系数皆大于0.98,最大值为0.9990.含水率的预测值与实测值之间的决定系数为0.9932,二者之间的绝对误差在±2.33%内,说明基于垫料介电特性预测含水率的方法是可行的.In order to explore the dielectric property of padding used on ectopic fermentation bed, and to realize a rapid determination of padding moisture content, padding made of rice husk and sawdust was investigated in this study. The effects of frequency(0.1-100.0 kHz), temperature(25-65 ℃), moisture content(32.16%-68.61%) and bulk density(101.958 6-459.394 1 kg·m^(-3)) on the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor of padding were studied using parallel plate capacitor. Then a mathematical model of padding moisture content was established and verified within the frequency range. The results showed that relative dielectric constants and relative dielectric loss factors of the paddings rose with the increases of temperature, moisture content and bulk density within the frequency range of 0.1-100.0 kHz, and they declined with the increase of signal frequency. Within the selected frequency range, the determination coefficients of the established models all exceeded 0.98, with the maximum value being 0.999 0. The determination coefficient between predicted values and measured values of moisture contents was 0.993 2, and the absolute error was within ± 2.33%, which indicated the feasibility of moisture content prediction of padding based on dielectric parameters.
