摘　　要：针对我国特种设备安全防护系统功能安全管理和技术服务需求,解决功能安全保障平台建设关键技术,在我国首次建立了覆盖八大类特种设备安全防护系统全生命链条的功能安全保障服务平台,形成面向政府、设计商、集成/构造商、使用单位以及检验检测机构的功能服务模块,提升特种设备安全防护系统整体管理水平和技术水平。Aiming at the requirements of functional safety management and technical service of special equipment safety protection system in China, the key technologies of functional safety guarantee platform construction are solved. For the first time, a functional safety guarantee service platform covering the whole life chain of eight categories of special equipment safety protection system is established in China, which forms a platform for the government, designers, integrators/constructors, manufacturers, service providers, the users and inspection and testing institutions, which can improve the overall management level and technical level of the safety protection system of special equipment.
