加味独活寄生汤联合三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗风寒型产后身痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味独活寄生汤联合三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗风寒型产后身痛的临床价值。方法研究对象是2017年5月—2019年6月收治的80例风寒型产后身痛就诊者,根据前来就诊的先后顺序,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者(40例)治疗方案为口服加味独活寄生汤,观察组患者(40例)在对照组治疗基础上,再联合三伏贴穴位贴敷疗法。本研究从2组的疗效,肩关节、肘关节、腕关节、膝关节治疗前后的肿胀和疼痛指数及患者的满意度方面进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(85.0%),P<0.05;治疗前,2组患者肩关节、肘关节、腕关节、膝关节肿胀及疼痛指数均相当(P>0.05),治疗后2组在肩关节、肘关节、腕关节、膝关节肿胀和疼痛指数方面都有好转,观察组改善优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组治疗满意率(92.5%)高于对照组(80.0%),P<0.05。结论加味独活寄生汤联合三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗风寒型产后身痛临床疗效好,患者症状好转,恢复理想,满意率也很高,有使用的临床意义。Objective To observe the clinical application value of application therapy of modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupoint application of Sanfu plaster in the treatment of wind-cold type postpartum body pain.Methods From May 2017 to June 2019,80 cases of wind-cold type postpartum body pain in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of visit.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of coming to see the doctor.The control group(40 cases)was given modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the observation group(40 cases)was given acupoint application of Sanfu plaster on the basis of control group.The curative effect,swelling and pain index of shoulder,elbow,wrist and knee joint before and after treatment,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that in the control group(85.0%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,the swelling and pain indexes of shoulder,elbow,wrist and knee joint in 2 groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the swelling and pain index of shoulder,elbow,wrist and knee joint in the two groups were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of treatment in the observation group(92.5%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%)(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupoint application of Sanfu plaster in the treatment of wind-cold type postpartum body pain has good clinical effect.The symptoms of the patients are improved and the recovery is ideal.The satisfaction rate is also very high.It has clinical significance.
