薏苡仁汤加味结合温针灸治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究薏苡仁汤加味结合温针灸治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎的临床效果及对患者炎性因子水平的影响。方法择取2019年11月—2020年10月诊疗的风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎病患64例,按随机数字表法分为2组。参照组32例予以西药治疗,结合组32例在参照组基础上予以薏苡仁汤加味结合温针灸治疗。观察对比组间治疗前后中医症状积分及炎性因子水平改善情况。结果2组治疗前关节肿胀、疼痛、活动不利及晨僵等症状积分,以及血沉、类风湿因子和CRP等炎症因子水平对比,P>0.05;治疗后结合组上述症状积分,以及炎症因子水平均较参照组低(P<0.05)。结论对于风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎予以薏苡仁汤加味结合温针灸治疗效果确切,有利于缓解或消除病患临床症状,改善炎性因子水平,具有很大的推广应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of coix seed decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type and the influence on the level of inflammatory factors of patients.Methods Sixty-four rheumatoid arthritis patients diagnosed and treated from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected.According to random number method,32 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and 32 patients in the study group were treated with coix seed decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The improvement of TCM symptom scores and inflammatory factors between groups before and after treatment were observed.Results Before treatment,the scores of symptoms such as joint swelling,pain,inactivity and morning stiffness,as well as the levels of inflammatory factors such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor and CRP were compared between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms above and the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coix seed decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type has a definite effect,which is beneficial to alleviate or eliminate the clinical symptoms of the patient,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and has a high value of extensive promotion and application.
