膝关节滑囊炎的治疗进展

摘　　要：膝关节滑囊炎分为急性损伤及慢性损伤,由于复发率较高且病程较长,长期困扰患者,影响人们的生活质量。由于病程的不可逆性和人们对现代医疗结果的过高期望,给该病的临床治疗带来了巨大的挑战。一方面是手术治疗,见效快,但治疗费用高、复发率高,且对术后康复要求高;另一方面是保守治疗,随着现代中医药的不断发展,在临床上运用中医药、针灸推拿等保守治疗膝关节滑囊炎也取得了显著的成效,但由于诸多方药还缺乏现代科学依据的支撑,为了进一步明确中医药对滑囊炎的治疗作用,广大学者进行了大量的实验研究,为中医药治疗膝关节滑囊炎提供了科学的理论依据,也对于临床上规范治疗膝关节滑囊炎作出了诸多贡献。因此,通过研读大量膝关节滑囊炎相关文献,对比了手术治疗、保守治疗和中西医结合治疗的优劣势,认为应针对膝关节滑囊炎个体的差异性、病程发展的阶段性、病因的复杂性,对症对因治疗,选择适合的治疗方式,才能更有效快速地治愈患者,减少患者的痛苦。Knee bursitis is divided into acute injury and chronic injury,because of the high recurrence rate and long course of disease,long-term trouble patients,affect people’s quality of life.The irreversibility of the course of the disease and the high expectation of modern medical results have brought great challenges to the clinical treatment of the disease.On the one hand,the surgical treatment is effective quickly,but the treatment cost is high,the recurrence rate is high,and the postoperative rehabilitation requirements are high.On the other hand is a conservative treatment,with the continuous development of modern traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical use of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage,conservative treatment of knee joint slippery bursa phlogistic also has obtained the remarkable result,but because of various syndromes are lacking the support of modern science,in order to further clarify the therapeutic effect of TCM on slippery bursa phlogistic,many scholars have done a lot of experimental research,traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of knee joint slippery bursa phlogistic provides scientific theory basis,also for the clinical management specification made many contributions to the knee joint slippery bursa phlogistic.Therefore,by studying a large number of knee joint slippery bursa phlogistic related literature,compared with the surgical treatment,conservative treatment,and the advantages and disadvantages of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,knee joint slippery bursa phlogistic should be focused on,this paper argues that individual differences,the stage progression,the complexity of the cause,of symptomatic treatment,choose suitable treatment,can be more effective fast cure the patient,reduce the pain of the patients.
