我国高校教师心理资本研究综述

摘　　要：高校教师心理资本是在高校情境中能够促进教师表现出积极组织行为的心理品质或积极心理力量的集合。近十年来,我国学者围绕高校教师心理资本的结构、测量、影响因素、作用机制与开发策略等方面展开了广泛研究。未来研究需要在继承现有成果的基础上,加强本土化的理论体系研究,基于立德树人背景开展研究,采用多元化研究方法,开展跨学科的研究,加强教师心理资本开发策略的应用性研究。College teachers’ psychological capital is a collection of psychological qualities or positive psychological forces that can encourage teachers to show positive organizational behavior in colleges.In the past decade,Chinese scholars have carried out extensive researches on the structure,measurement,influencing factors,action mechanism and development strategies of college teachers’ psychological capital.Future researches will strengthen the study of localized theoretical system on the basis of the existing achievements,establish moral integrity in cultivation,and adopt diversified research methods to deepen the application research on the development strategy of teachers’ psychological capital through interdisciplinary research.
