参麦注射液联合卡培他滨治疗结肠癌晚期患者疗效观察及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参麦注射液联合卡培他滨治疗结肠癌晚期患者疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法将我院74例结肠癌晚期患者随机分为观察组与对照组各37例。观察组采用参麦注射液联合卡培他滨治疗,对照组采用卡培他滨治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前后患者生活质量,体质量,免疫功能。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率、控制率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)、体质量均增加且观察组KPS评分、体质量均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)均增高,对照组患者血清CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK均下降(P<0.05),且组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),但两组CD8^(+)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合卡培他滨治疗结肠癌晚期患者疗效较佳,能显著提高患者生活质量,改善健康状态,恢复免疫功能。Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai Injection combined with capecitabine on the efficacy and immune function of patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods A total of 74 patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 37 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Shenmai Injection combined with capecitabine,and control group was treated with capecitabine.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,weight,and immune function of the patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate and control rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the Karnofsky functional status score(KPS) and body weight of both groups increased,and the KPS score and body weight of observation group were both high than control group(P<0.05);serum CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and natural killer(NK) cells in observation group increased,while in control group decreased(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenmai Injection combined with capecitabine has a better effect on patients with advanced colon cancer,which can significantly improve the patients’ quality of life,improve the health status,and restore the immune function.
