枳术宽中胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗胃癌术后功能性排空障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察枳术宽中胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗胃癌术后功能性排空障碍(FED)临床疗效。方法将我院70例胃癌术后FED患者随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组采用枳术宽中胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的中医证候评分、治疗后的症状改善时间和治疗前后的血清学指标的含量。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医症候评分较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后症状改善时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清一氧化氮(NO)、P物质(SP)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)水平较治疗前下降且观察组上述指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枳术宽中胶囊、莫沙必利联合口服治疗胃癌术后FED患者疗效满意,能显著改善临床症状,增强胃肠道平滑肌的兴奋程度,降低对胃肠道运动的抑制程度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsule combined with mosapride on patients with functional emptying disorder(FED)after gastric cancer surgery.Methods Seventy patients with FED after gastric cancer surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases each.Control group was treated with mosapride,and observation group was treated with Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules combined with mosapride.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,symptoms improvement time and serological index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),the TCM symptom scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,which of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05),the improvement time symptoms in observation group after operation were all lower than control group(P<0.05),the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),substance P(SP),and acetylcholinesterase(AchE)in both groups were lower than before treatment,which in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsule combined with mosapride combined oral treatment has a satisfactory effect in trentment of FED after gastric cancer surgery,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,enhance the excitement of gastrointestinal smooth muscle,and reduce the degree of inhibition of gastrointestinal motility.
