温胃舒联合叶酸改善萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、胃功能临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察温胃舒联合叶酸治疗萎缩性胃炎(AG)患者症状、胃功能临床疗效。方法将我院诊断为AG患者130例随机分为对照组与观察组各为65例。对照组给予叶酸等西医疗法,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予温胃舒治疗,比较两组治疗5个月后的临床疗效,治疗前、停药6个月后临床症状、胃黏膜病理组织评分、胃功能指标的水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),停药6个月后两组患者临床症状、胃黏膜病理组织评分均下降且观察组患者临床症状、胃黏膜病理组织评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)含量均增高且观察组患者G-17、PGⅠ含量高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温胃舒联合叶酸治疗AG患者临床疗效较好,能显著改善临床症状及病理特征,促进胃功能恢复至正常水平。Objective To observe the efficacy of Wenweishu combined with folic acid in treatment of symptoms and gastric function in patients with atrophic gastritis(AG).Methods A total of 130 patients with AG were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases each.Control group was given folic acid,and observation group was given Wenweishu on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 5 months of treatment,the clinical symptoms,the gastric mucosal pathological tissue scores,and the gastric function index levels of the patients before treatment and 6 months of drug withdrawal were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal pathological tissue score scores of both groups decreased after 6 months of drug withdrawal,and the clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal pathological tissue scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05),the contents of gastrin-17(G-17)and pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)increased in both groups,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05),the difference of PGⅡbetween the two groups before and after treatment was without statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenweishu combined with folic acid has a good clinical effect in treatment of AG,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pathological characteristics,and promote the recovery of gastric function to a normal level.
