“孟河医派”马培之化瘀消肿贴治疗骨折后肢体肿痛临床疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察孟河医派,马培之化瘀消肿贴治疗骨折后肢体肿痛临床疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法将我院240例骨折后肢体肿痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各120例。两组在抬高患肢等常规处理基础上,对照组给予传统冷敷治疗,观察组给予化瘀消肿贴治疗。治疗5d后评价临床疗效,比较两组治疗1d、3d、5d后的疼痛评分、肿胀周径比、肿胀评分、消肿时间、血清炎症因子白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及并发症。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分、肿胀周径比、肿胀评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组消肿时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清炎症因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未发生皮肤过敏,但观察组张力性水泡发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"孟河医派,马培之化瘀消肿贴能有效改善肢体疼痛、肿胀,治疗骨折后肢体肿痛疗效显著,安全性高,使用方便,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Menghe Medical School MA Peizhi’s Blood stasis and swelling removing Plaster in treatment of traumatic limb pain.Methods A total of 240 patients with traumatic limb swelling and pain randomly divided into observation group and control group with 120 cases in each group.Both groups were routinely treated with elastic bandages for pressure bandaging and elevation of the affected limbs,control group was added with traditional cold compresses,and observation group was added with Blood stasis and swelling removing Plaster.The clinical effect was evaluated after 5 days of treatment.The pain scores,swelling circumference ratios,swelling scores,swelling disappearance time and complications were compared between the two groups after 1 day,3 days and 5 days of treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical effect of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),the pain scores,swelling circumference ratios and swelling scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05),the swelling disappearance time in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);no skin allergies occurred during treatment,and the incidence rate of tension vesicle in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Menghe Medical School MA Peizhi’sBlood stasis and swelling removing Plaster can effectively relieve limb pain and swelling.It is markedly effective in treatment of traumatic limb swelling and pain with high safety and convenience.
