摘　　要：1921年初创的上海粹华制药厂是中药西制的开创者和践行者之一,以"科学国药"为宗旨,致力于中药剂型的改良,主张以"提精"的方式制造便于服用和贮存的中药制剂。粹华制药厂代表西学东渐背景下上海中医界在中药改良方面所做的努力。通过梳理分析粹华制药厂成立的时代背景、发展过程、主要工作以及社会影响,引出对近代中药西制实践历史价值的思考。Cuihua Pharmaceutical Factory,which was founded in Shanghai in 1921,was one of the pioneers and practitioners of processing Chinese patent medicines with western technology.With the purpose of"scientization of traditional Chinese medicine",it was committed to the improvement of the Chinese pharmaceutical preparation,advocating the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine,which is convenient for use and storage.Cuihua Pharmaceutical Factory reflects the efforts of Chinese doctors who were devoted to the improvement of traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai under the background of the eastward transmission of western sciences.This paper analyzes the historical background,development process,main work and social influence of Cuihua Pharmaceutical Factory,and presents the reflection on the historical value of processing Chinese patent medicines with western technology in modern times.
