摘 要:surfactin具有强有力的表面活性、广谱抗菌性,在生物、医药、食品、化妆品等领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文归纳分析了surfactin的产生菌株和生物合成基因簇,以及包括前体供应、转录驱动和调控、外排和抗性3个单元的surfactin合成调控网络,综述了其启动子改造、增强分泌外排、修饰调控转录基因等生产和分子改造手段的研究进展,并对surfactin在农业生产及食品方面的应用进行了概述,对其未来发展前景进行了展望。The surfactin possesses powerful biological activity and broad-spectrum antibacterial properties,and it has application prospects in biology,medicine,food,cosmetics and other fields.In this paper,producing strains and the biosynthetic gene cluster,the whole regulatory network of surfactin including precursor supply unit,transcriptional driving unit and efflux and resistance unit were clarified in detail,and methods of molecular modification were also summarized,comprising modification promoter,promotion secretion efflux and modification and regulation of transcription genes.In addition,its applications in agricultural products and food were sorted out,and the future development prospects were prospected.
