复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合倍美力软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合结合雌激素软膏(商品名:倍美力)治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法67例老年性阴道炎患者,随机分为甲硝唑组(33例)和倍美力组(34例)。甲硝唑组采用复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗,倍美力组采用复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合倍美力软膏治疗。对比两组临床疗效、复发情况及治疗前后血清性激素水平。结果倍美力组总有效率97.06%显著高于甲硝唑组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,倍美力组FSH水平(57.03±17.56)U/L显著低于甲硝唑组的(68.57±18.23)U/L,E2水平(18.56±2.16)pg/ml显著高于甲硝唑组的(14.47±2.56)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。倍美力组复发率为2.94%(1/34),显著低于甲硝唑组的27.27%(9/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合倍美力软膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者性激素水平,有助于老年性阴道炎尽快改善,临床应用价值较高。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of compound metronidazole vaginal suppositories combined with conjugated estrogens(trade name:Premarin)cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 67 patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into metronidazole group(33 cases)and Premarin group(34 cases).The metronidazole group was treated with compound metronidazole vaginal suppositories,and the Premarin group was treated with compound metronidazole vaginal suppositories and Premarin cream.The clinical efficacy,recurrence and serum sex hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.06%in Premarin group was significantly higher than 72.73%in metronidazole group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FSH level(57.03±17.56)U/L of the Premarin group was significantly lower than(68.57±18.23)U/L of the metronidazole group,and E_(2) level(18.56±2.16)pg/ml was significantly higher than(14.47±2.56)pg/ml of the metronidazole group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the Premarin group was 2.94%(1/34),which was significantly lower than 27.27%(9/33)in the metronidazole group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of compound metronidazole vaginal suppositories and Premarin has significant efficacy on the treatment of senile vaginitis,and it can effectively improve the level of sex hormones in patients,help improve the senile vaginitis as soon as possible.It has high clinical application value.
