甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮对异位妊娠的治疗效果。方法102例异位妊娠患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各51例。观察组注射甲氨蝶呤联合口服米非司酮治疗,对照组单一注射甲氨蝶呤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及住院时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者住院时间为(12.15±3.27)d,短于对照组的(16.72±4.11)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗较单一注射甲氨蝶呤具有显著优势,能够提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间,使患者尽快康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 102 patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 51 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with injection of methotrexate and oral mifepristone,while the control group was treated with injection of methotrexate.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 78.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of patients in the observation group was(12.15±3.27)d,which was shorter than(16.72±4.11)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of mifepristone and methotrexate has significant advantages for patients with ectopic pregnancy compared with single injection of methotrexate,which can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the hospitalization time,and make the patient recover as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
