不同溶洗方法测试预浸料树脂含量研究

摘　　要：用双样本t检验和等方差检验对浸泡溶洗和超声溶洗两种预浸料树脂含量测试方法测得的数据进行统计分析,结果显示两种方法测得的数据均值和方差在统计上都没有差异,说明用两种方法测试预浸料树脂含量结果具有可比性。浸泡溶洗使用仪器简单,人工操作多,时间长;超声溶洗需用超声清洗仪,人工操作少,时间短。实验员可根据实验室具体情况,结合两种实验方法优缺点,选择任意一种溶洗方法测试预浸料树脂含量。This paper tested the resin content of prepreg by dissolution method and ultrasonic dissolution method,and analyzed the test data by the two sample t test and the test for equal variances.The analysis shows that there is no statistical difference between the means as well as variances of the data tested by the two methods,and therefore the results of the two methods are comparable.In the dissolution method,the instrument is simple,but more manual operations are needed and thus the method is time-consuming.On the contrary,in the ultrasonic dissolution method,there are fewer manual operations and thus shorter time.However,an ultrasonic cleanser is required.Considering the specific conditions of the laboratory and the pros and cons of the two methods,experimenters can choose either method to test the resin content of prepreg.
