摘 要:对一种防弹防刺复合材料所用胶粘剂、金属片厚度、背衬材料以及生产工艺的确定等进行了试验,并对相应制品进行了测试,分析了相关数据。通过试验得出:胶粘剂为4#的改进胶,金属片厚度为0.6 mm,背衬材料确定为孔径大、渗胶好的芳纶机织布,工艺条件为:常温固化,压力为2.5 MPa,模压时间为15 min。依照上述工艺流程生产的防弹防刺材料,通过了国内公安部防弹标准和防刺标准测试,证明本工艺方法可行。In this paper,the determination of adhesive,sheet metal thickness,backing material and production process was tested.Meanwhile,the corresponding products were tested,and the relevant data were analyzed.The results show that the adhesive is 4#modified adhesive,the sheet metal thickness is 0.6 mm,the backing material is aramid fiber woven fabric with large aperture and good penetration,and the process conditions are as follows:curing at room temperature,pressure of 2.5 MPa,molding time of 15 min.The bulletproof and stab proof material produced according to the above process has passed the bulletproof standard and stab proof standard test of the Ministry of Public Security in China,which proves that the process is feasible.
