摘 要:研究了不同的铺层工艺方法对超大厚度(>100 mm)碳纤维复合材料构件结构强度的影响,通过螺栓内嵌连接复合材料样品的拉拔性能测试进行验证。实验结果表明,利用全预浸料铺层时,铺层方向应沿厚度方向平叠铺层,且厚度不应超过125 mm;此外,还可以采用预混料/预浸料混合铺层的方式,保证构件的结构性能并提高生产效率。In this paper,the influence of different layup processes on the structural strength of ultra-thick(>100 mm)carbon fiber composite components was studied.The drawing property of bolts on the samples were investigated by pull-out testing.The experimental results showed that the layer direction should be laid along the thickness direction for the components layered by full prepreg layer,and the thickness should not exceed 125 mm.In addition,the premix/prepreg mixed layer can be used to ensure the structural performance of components and improve the production efficiency.
