摘  要:目的探讨SPOC翻转课堂教学在医学专业课程中的应用效果。方法手动检索中英文数据库收集使用SPOC翻转课堂教学的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2021年2月。经文献筛选、资料提取、质量评价后行Meta分析。结果最终纳入16篇文献,共包含3496名学生。结果表明,SPOC翻转课堂教学在提升理论知识成绩[SMD=0.73,95%CI(0.58,0.89),Z=9.22,P<0.001]、自主学习能力[SMD=0.65,95%CI(0.51,0.79),Z=9.12,P<0.001]、学习合作能力[SMD=0.50,95%CI(0.36,0.64),Z=7.15,P<0.001]、自我管理能力[SMD=0.48,95%CI(0.33,0.63),Z=6.30,P<0.001]与满意度[RR=1.51,95%CI(1.35,1.68),Z=7.46,P<0.001]方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。但对于操作技能成绩影响差异无统计学意义[SMD=0.67,95%CI(-0.03,1.37),Z=1.88,P=0.06]。结论医学专业课程中采用SPOC翻转课堂教学可提升学生的理论知识成绩、自主学习能力、学习合作能力、自我管理能力与满意度,对于操作技能成绩的效果有待于进一步探讨。Objective To explore the application effect of SPOC flipped classroom teaching in medical professional courses.Methods Randomized controlled trials on SPOC flipped classroom teaching were collected from Chinese and English databases.The retrieval time was from the establish of the database to February 2021.Meta-analysis was performed after article filtrate,data fetch and quality assessment.Results Sixteen articles were included,including a total of 3496 students.Meta-analysis results showed that SPOC flipped classroom teaching in theoretical knowledge scores[SMD=0.73,95%CI(0.58,0.89),Z=9.22,P<0.001],autonomous learning ability[SMD=0.65,95%CI(0.51,0.79),Z=9.12,P<0.001],learning cooperation ability[SMD=0.50,95%CI(0.36,0.64),Z=7.15,P<0.001],self-management ability[SMD=0.48,95%CI(0.33,0.63),Z=6.30,P<0.001]and satisfaction[RR=1.51,95%CI(1.35,1.68),Z=7.46,P<0.001]significant differences(P<0.001).However,there was nosignificant effect on operational skills scores[SMD=0.67,95%CI(-0.03,1.37),Z=1.88,P=0.06].Conclusion SPOC flipped classroom teaching in professional courses can improve students'theoretical knowledge scores,autonomous learning ability,learning cooperation ability,self-management ability and satisfaction,the effect of operational skill scores remains to be further explored.
