摘 要:目的探讨名医传承教育在心血管临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年4月—5月某院2016级五年制学生共52名为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各26名。试验周期为4周,教师相同,两组授课带教形式相同,均分为课堂授课、临床实习、门诊跟诊三部分。区别在于试验组重视名家思想与名医技术传承的讲解,对照组采用常规的带教临床实习。通过理论考试、操作考试和对学生的调查问卷进行评价。结果(1)试验组在心血管临床实习的出科理论笔试成绩(89.75±6.83)分和心内科技能操作考试成绩(88.33±5.23)分均明显高于对照组理论笔试考试成绩(72.36±5.23)分和操作考试成绩(71.23±5.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)问卷调查结果显示试验组在临床思维能力、临床操作技能、医学人文伦理等方面优势明显,差异有统计学意义。结论将名医传承教育贯穿于心血管临床教学中能明显地提高学生的理论及技能操作考试成绩,有助于学生临床思维能力、临床技能操作能力、医学人文伦理素养的培养。Objective To explore the effect of inheritance education of famous doctors in cardiovascular clinical teaching.Methods A total of 52 students of 2016 five-year students in a hospital from April to May 2019 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 26 each.The test period is 4 weeks,the teachers are the same,and the teaching and teaching methods of the two groups are the same.They are divided into classroom teaching,clinical practice,and outpatient follow-up.The difference is that the experimental group attaches great importance to the explanation of famous masters'thoughts and technical heritage of famous doctors,and the control group adopts routine clinical teaching practice.Pass the theoretical examination,operation examination and evaluation of the student questionnaire.Results(1)The experimental group’s theoretical written test score of(89.75±6.83)points and the intracardiac technology operation test score of(88.33±5.23)points in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group’s theoretical written test score of(72.36±5.23)points and operation test score of(71.23±5.18)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The results of the questionnaire survey show that the experimental group has obvious advantages in clinical thinking ability,clinical operation skills,medical humanities and ethics,etc.The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Inheriting the education of famous doctors in cardiovascular clinical teaching can significantly improve the students'theoretical and skill operation test scores,and contribute to the cultivation of students'clinical thinking ability,clinical skill operation ability and medical humanities ethics.
