心电图T波改变对女性冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病诊断的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究心电图单纯性T波的变化对女性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(包括未绝经期及已绝经期)的诊断价值。方法根据临床症状及心电图改变将2015年9月—2018年9月本院94例单纯性T波异常女性患者分为对照组及观察组两组。观察组为心电图单纯性T波改变同时处于已绝经期女性患者54例;对照组为心电图单纯性T波改变同时处于未绝经期女性患者40例。且两组患者均有相关的胸部不适症状。两组患者均行选择性冠状动脉造影检测。结果观察组选择性冠状动脉造影阳性18例,阳性符合率33.3%,对照组选择性冠状动脉造影阳性3例,阳性符合率7.5%。结论(1)心电图单纯性T波的变化对女性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的符合率较低,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断有一定的局限性。(2)对已绝经期女性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的符合率较未绝经女性较高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Objective To study the diagnostic value of ECG simple t changes in women with coronary heart disease(including premenopausal and postmenopausal).Methods According to the clinical symptoms and ECG changes,94 female patients with simple T wave abnormalities in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were divided into control group and observation group.The observation group consisted of 54 female patients with simple T wave changes of ECG and menopause;The control group consisted of 40 female patients with simple T wave changes of ECG and non menopause.And the two groups of patients had related chest discomfort symptoms.Selective coronary angiography was performed in both groups.Results In the observation group,selective coronary angiography was positive in 18 cases,with a positive coincidence rate of 33.3%.In the control group,selective coronary angiography was positive in 3 cases,with a positive coincidence rate of 7.5%.Conclusion(1)The change of ECG simple t has a low coincidence rate for female coronary heart disease,and the diagnosis of coronary heart disease has some limitations.(2)The coincidence rate of coronary heart disease in postmenopausal women was higher than that in postmenopausal women,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).
