摘 要:与灰铸铁和球墨铸铁相比,蠕墨铸铁的综合性能表现优异,在大功率发动机、制动鼓、刹车盘等领域有着广阔的应用前景。本文详述了原材料、基础元素、合金化元素和微量元素对蠕墨铸铁组织和性能的的影响;阐明了常用熔体处理手段和各种蠕化处理结果检测方法的优缺点;综述了国内外蠕墨铸铁的发展现状及对未来蠕墨铸铁的展望。Compared with gray cast iron and nodular cast iron that vermicular graphite cast iron has excellent comprehensive properties and it has broad application prospects in the fields of high-power engine,brake drum,brake disc and so on.The effects of raw materials»basic elements,alloying elements and trace elements on the microstructure and properties of vermicular graphite cast iron are described in detail in this paper;The advantages and disadvantages of common melt treatment methods and various creep treatment results are expounded;The development status of vermicular graphite cast iron at home and abroad and the prospect of vermicular graphite cast iron in the future are reviewed.
