摘 要:基于经验模态分解法(EMD)、小波变换法、最小二乘法研究去除冲击信号趋势项,将重构后的冲击信号绘制成冲击谱并与采用弹簧振子装置修正的冲击谱对比,选出最优的修正方法。研究表明:经验模态分解法处理短时非平稳冲击信号具有很好的自适应性,能有效地去除冲击信号中的趋势项;以弹簧振子修正装置测量数据为参考依据,可以提高信号处理算法的精度,减少处理过程中人为因素的干扰,对提高修正的冲击信号的准确性有重要意义。Based on the empirical mode decomposition(EMD)method,wavelet transform method and least square method,the algorithm of processing the trend term of the shock signal is studied,and the reconstructed shock signal is drawn into the shock spectrum and compared with the shock spectrum corrected by the spring vibrator device,and the optimal correction method is selected.The results show that the empirical mode decomposition method has good adaptability to the short-term non-stationary shock signals,and can effectively remove the trend items in the shock signals.Taking the measurement data of the spring oscillator correction device as the reference,the precision of the signal processing algorithm can be improved,and the interference of human factors can be reduced in the processing process.It is of great significance to improve the accuracy of the revised shock signal.
