摘 要:为研究提高17-4PH不锈钢的硬度与耐磨性,通过金属粉末注射成形(MIM)工艺将VC加入到17-4PH不锈钢中,对添加不同含量VC的17-4PH不锈钢试样的显微组织演变、显微硬度、磨损系数和磨损损失进行表征。结果表明:热处理后,添加VC的试样均存在马氏体、奥氏体和铁素体,当VC添加量增加到8%和12%时,观察到强化相VC的偏析。与MIM17-4PH不锈钢相比,随着VC含量的增加,热处理试样的硬度逐渐增加,摩擦因数逐渐减小,与VC的磨合阶段稳定的时间逐渐增加,试样的磨损损失量和磨损疤痕宽度随VC的增加而减小,在所有的试样中,12%VC的试样磨损损失最小。经过第二相VC强化处理之后,金属粉末注射成形17-4PH不锈钢试样的硬度与耐磨性有所提高。In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of 17-4PH stainless steel,the VC are added to 17-4PH stainless steel by the metal powder injection molding(MIM).The microstructural evolution,wear coefficients,and wear losses of 17-4PH stainless steel added with VC at different amounts are characterized.The test results show that:after heat treatment,martensite,austenite and ferrite exists in specimens added with VC,and segregation of VC is observed as the addition increases to 8%and 12%.Compared with MIM 17-4PH stainless steel,the hardness of the specimens increases with VC.The heat treatment specimens exhibits a decrease in friction coefficients and an increase in the running-in period with VC.The wear loss and wear scars width of the specimens decreases with VC.The specimens with 12%VC yields the least wear loss among all the specimens.After the second phase VC strengthening,the hardness and wear resistance of the 17-4PH stainless steel specimens by metal powder injection molding are improved.
