摘  要:RS-485总线通信广泛应用于列车控制领域,但是由于各个节点接口电路设计得不统一,加之组网应用中的情况较为复杂,会导致信号质量下降和通信异常。文中对列车RS-485总线应用的基本情况及接口电路中的设计要点进行了介绍。针对组网应用的常见问题,详细讨论了串接电阻、终端匹配和偏置电阻的添加方式,进行了理论计算,并通过试验及仿真进行验证,为提高在不同情况下组网应用的可靠性提供了有利依据。RS-485 bus communication is widely used in the field of train control.Because the design of the interface circuit of each node is not uniform,and the situation in the networking application is more complicated,it will cause signal quality degradation and abnormal communication.This paper introduces the basic situation of the train's RS-485 bus application and the design points of the interface circuit.In view of the common problems of networking applications,the methods of adding series resistance,terminal matching and bias resistance are discussed,and theoretical calculations are carried out,and they are verified through experiments and simulations.It provides a favorable basis for improving the reliability of networking applications in different situations.
