摘  要:飞剪机是冶金物流行业极其重要的设备之一,被广泛地应用在冶金企业冷、热连轧厂的剪切线及物流行业的货运场所。飞剪机连续生产过程中,剪切性能的优劣将会直接影响加工产品的切口质量和整条生产线的效率,并将在很大程度上影响企业经济效益。飞剪在剪切时产生较大的剪切力,使剪切机构承受较大的冲击载荷并引起振动,如果飞剪的结构设计不合理,就容易产生疲劳失效和共振,导致飞剪不能正常工作,剪切质量得不到保证,因此飞剪结构的合理性决定了飞剪的剪切性能。文中在对飞剪机进行运动仿真后,根据仿真结果进行其机构的优化设计,目的是改善飞剪的动力学性能,提高剪切质量,为企业的飞剪机设计制造提供借鉴意义。Flying shears are one of the most important equipment in the metallurgical logistics industry.They are widely used in the shearing lines of the cold and hot rolling mills of metallurgical enterprises and the freight places in the logistics industry.In the continuous production process of flying shears,the quality of shearing performance will directly affect the cut quality of processed products and the efficiency of the entire production line,and will affect the economic benefits of the enterprise to a large extent.The flying shear generates a relatively large shear force during shearing,which makes the shearing mechanism bear a relatively large impact load and cause vibration.If the structural design of the flying shear is unreasonable,fatigue failure and resonance are prone to occur,causing the flying shear to fail to work normally and the shear quality cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,the rationality of the flying shear structure determines the shear performance of the flying shear.After the motion simulation of the flying shear,this paper optimizes the design of its mechanism according to the simulation results.The purpose is to improve the dynamic performance of the flying shear,improve the cutting quality,and provide a reference for the design and manufacture of the flying shear of the enterprise.
