摘　　要：公共底座是柴油发电机组的重要承载部件。公共底座必须具有足够的强度和刚度,以保证机组在整体起吊及运行过程中的稳定性和可靠性。以某储能柴油发电机组公共底座为研究对象,进行了公共底座的设计,并使用有限元分析软件进行了静力学分析,分别计算了其在起吊和运行两种工况下的强度和刚度。分析结果表明,该公共底座强度和刚度满足设计要求。该公共底座已完成了组装,并且组装后的储能发电机组也已经顺利完成了多次起吊、转运和运行试验。实际检验结果表明,公共底座设计满足使用要求。The co mmon base is an important supporting structure of the diesel generator set.The common base must have good strength and rigidity to ensure the stability and reliability of the generator set during the lifting case and operating case.For a certain energy storage diesel generator set,a three-dimensional model of the co mmon base is designed,and the static analysis is carried out using FEA software,and its strength and stiffness under two conditions of lifting and operating are calculated.The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the common base meet the design requirements.The common base is assembled,and the assembled energy storage generator set successfully completes several lifting,transfer and operation tests.The actual test results show that the design of the common base meets the requirements.
