摘　　要：介绍了快速模具技术的硅橡胶模具技术。探讨了硅橡胶模具的制造方法,包括真空浇筑法里的刀割分型面法,其技术要领和特点及刀割分析法的注意要点。以塑料瓶盖为例,重点探讨了从原件处理、模框制作、硅胶称量、开模等各个环节以最优的设计减少模具开发的成本。This paper introduces the silicone mold technology in the rapid tooling or called RT,discusses the manufacturing methods of silicone mold,which includes the cutting parting surface method in vacuum pouring method,its technical essentials and characteristics,and the key points of cutting analysis method.Taking plastic bottle caps as an example,the focus is on the optimal design to reduce the cost of mold development from the original processing,mold frame making,silicone weighing,mold opening and other links.
