医学院校大学生网络成瘾与冲动性人格、攻击性的调查

摘　　要：分层抽样选取安徽某医学院486名大学生,采用Young网络成瘾量表、巴瑞特冲动性人格问卷、Buss和Perry攻击问卷进行调查,SPSS20.0数据分析后发现:(1)有网络成瘾倾向的医学院校大学生占36.63%,大二学生网络成瘾得分明显高于大一、大三,差异具有统计学意义。(2)网络成瘾医学生在冲动性、攻击性显著高于非网络成瘾医学生。(3)医学生网络成瘾得分与冲动性人格、攻击性总分具有显著相关;(4)冲动性和攻击性对大学生网络成瘾总分有一定的预测作用。结论:医学院校大学生网络成瘾与攻击性和冲动性人格有关,攻击性和冲动性人格对网络成瘾均具有正向预测的作用。Objectives:To comprehend the prevalence and characteristics of Internet addiction disorder(IAD)among medical college students,and to explore the relationship between Internet addiction and impulsive personality and aggression.Methods:Through Stratified Sampling Method,a total of 486 medical college students from a university in Anhui Province were selected,and then they were invested by the Chinese version of Internet Addiction Scale,Barratt Impulsive Personality Questionnaire,Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire and statistically analyzed by the Spss20.0.Results:①36.63%of medical college students had Internet addiction tendency,the score of sophomores was significantly higher than that of freshmen and juniors.The differences are statistically significant.②the impulsive personality and aggressiveness of Internet Addicted College students were apparently higher than those of non Internet Addiction.③There was a prominent positive correlation between the scores of Internet addiction disorder and aggressive and impulsive personality.④The score of the impulsivity and aggressiveness of college students can be predictive for the total score of their Internet addiction disorder.Conclusion:Internet addiction is related to aggressive and impulsive personality among college students,and both of which have positive predictive effect on Internet addiction.
