甘蔗主导型特色休闲旅游产业融合发展研究

摘　　要：食糖是重要的食品工业基础原料,甘蔗糖业的发展事关国计民生。通过对我国部分地区甘蔗主导型旅游产业的发展现状和存在问题展开实地考察,提出了甘蔗种植地自然生态与当地特色文化结合,甘蔗景观游览与体验式旅游产品结合,甘蔗种植业、蔗糖产业与旅游业结合的甘蔗主导型特色休闲旅游产业融合发展路径。旨在创新我国部分地区甘蔗制糖产业发展思路,全面提升蔗农收入。Sugar is an important basic raw material of food industry. The development of sugar industry is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. This paper carried out an on-the-spot investigation on the current situation and existing problems of sugarcane-oriented tourism industry in some regions of China, and put forward the combination of natural ecology of sugarcane planting areas and local characteristic culture, the combination of sugarcane landscape tour and experience tour product, the combination of sugarcane planting industry, sugar industry and tourism, the integrated development path of sugarcane-oriented leisure tourism industry. The purpose of this paper was to innovate the thinking of sugar industry development in some regions of China and increase the income of sugarcane farmers.
