摘　　要：辽单535是辽宁省农业科学院玉米研究所应用新的玉米单倍体育种技术,以自选DH系辽6658为母本,自选DH系辽4723为父本杂交组配而成的宜机收玉米品种,2020年完成试验程序,2021年5月通过辽宁省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种高产、稳产,品质优良,经鉴定感大斑病,中抗茎腐病,抗穗腐病,抗丝黑穗病,感灰斑病。活秆成熟,抗逆性突出,持绿性好,较抗倒伏,适应性广。一般产量10740~11955 kg/hm^(2),适宜在≥10℃活动积温2800℃以上的辽宁省春播区种植。Liaodan 535 was a corn variety suitable for machine harvesting,which was crossbred with DH line Liao 6658 as female parent and DH line Liao 4723 as male parent by applying the new haploid breeding technology in Maize Research Institute of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The test procedure was completed in 2020 and approved by Liaoning Crop Variety Examination Committee in May 2021.The variety had high yield,stable yield and excellent quality.After identification,Liaodan 535 was susceptible with large spot and gray spot disease.It had disease resistance of stem rot,ear rot,head smut resistance.It had live stem maturation,good green holding,lodging resistance and wide adaptability.The general yield was 10740~11955 kg/hm^(2).It was suitable for spring sowing in Liaoning province where the suitable active accumulated temperature was greater than 10℃ and above 2800℃.
