浅谈农业科研单位青年人才队伍建设主要问题及对策

摘　　要：青年人才是农业科技创新的生力军和农业科技持续发展的驱动力,该文结合现阶段农业科研单位青年人才队伍存在的突出问题,从加强人才引进、建立多元化青年人才培养体系、引入轮岗交流机制、健全青年人才激励政策、关注青年人才心理健康等方面提出农业科研单位青年人才队伍建设的思路,为农业科研人才培养提供理论参考。Young people were the new force of agricultural science and technology innovation and the driving force of sustainable development of agricultural science and technology.According to the practical situation and the prominent problem of young talent team in agricultural science research units,the improvement plans were provided from strengthening talent introduction,establishing a diversified youth talent training system,introducing the exchange mechanism of job rotation,improving policies to encourage young professionals,and paying attention to the mental health of young talents.
