摘  要:目的:调查非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)在外科围手术期的使用及ADR发生情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,选择我院2020年下半年围手术期使用NSAIDs排名前3的药物,每种药物各抽取100份病例,评价NSAIDs使用的合理性,并对药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况进行汇总分析。结果:NSAIDs使用较多的科室涉及骨科、甲状腺外科、肛肠外科。疼痛评分在1~10分的有292例(97.3%),未进行疼痛评分或疼痛评分为0分的有8例(2.7%)。不合理用药情况主要包括超剂量使用(18.6%);超疗程使用(28.8%);多种NSAIDs联用(52.6%)。上述3种药物的ADR总体发生率较低(2.7%),主要累及胃肠道系统和心血管系统。结论:需开展相关的培训和处方点评,促进NSAIDs在外科术后的合理使用。Objective:To explore the use of nonsteroidal anti-infl ammatory drugs(NSAIDs)and the incidence of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in the perioperative period of surgery,so as to provide references for rational drug use.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted in this study.The top 3 NSAIDs used in the perioperative period of surgery in our hospital in the second half of 2020 were selected and 100 cases of each selected drug were collected to analyze the rationality of NSAIDs application and related ADR.Results:NSAIDs were commonly used in the department of orthopedics,thyroid surgery,and anorectal surgery.There were 292 patients(97.3%)with a pain score ranging from 1 to 10,and 8 patients(2.7%)with no pain scores or zero pain score.Irrational drug use mainly included overdose(18.6%),over-course(28.8%),using multiple kinds of NSAIDs(52.6%).The overall incidence of ADRs was low(2.7%),which mainly involved gastrointestinal system and cardiovascular system.Conclusion:Relevant training and prescription comment should be carried out to promote the rational use of NSAIDs in the perioperative period of surgery.
