文旅融合视域下内蒙古研学旅游基地服务设计调研分析--以呼和浩特市莫尼山非遗小镇为例

摘　　要：在发展培育文化旅游新业态的需求背景下,为提升游客在研学旅游过程中的用户体验,推动研学旅游资源与传统旅游资源融合发展。文章选取具有研学旅游代表性的呼和浩特市莫尼山非遗小镇进行实地调研,分析挖掘其现存问题点。以文旅融合的视角,运用服务设计的方法对现有问题进行分析。提出适用于研学旅游基地服务系统设计的优化策略。为内蒙古研学旅游基地的研学旅游产品和服务的再设计提供参考。Under the background of requiring developing and cultivating new forms for cultural tourism.The purpose is to enhance the user experience of tourists in the process of research tourism,and promote the integrated development of research tourism resources and traditional tourism resources.The article selects the intangible heritage town of Moni Mountain in Hohhot City,which is a representative place in research and tourism,to conduct on-site investigations to understand its development status and analyze its existing problems.From the perspective of culture and tourism integration,the method of service design is used to analyze existing problems.Proposed optimization strategies suitable for service system design of research tourism.Provide a reference for the redesign of research tourism products and services in Inner Mongolia Research Tourism Base.
