基于FAST-TRIZ的经济舱飞机乘客座椅设计研究

摘　　要：将乘客需求转化为对应功能,整合到飞机乘客座椅上,在提升乘客乘机过程舒适度的同时不占用额外的客舱空间。结合功能分析系统技术法(FAST)与发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)确定并解决飞机乘客座椅功能整合过程中产生的矛盾,提出创新设计方案。产出飞机乘客座椅概念化设计方案。将FAST法与TRIZ理论相结合,能清晰定位复杂产品的功能与矛盾,并采用针对性的发明原理寻找解决方案,产出的座椅概念设计方案对未来飞机乘客座椅的设计提供了更多参考方向。Convert the passenger demand into corresponding functions and integrate them into the aircraft passenger seat,so as to improve the comfort of passengers during boarding without occupying additional cabin space.Combined with Functional Analysis System Technology method(FAST)and Theory of Invention Problem Solving(TRIZ),the contradiction in the process of functional integration is determined and solved,and the innovative design scheme is put forward.Produce conceptual design scheme of aircraft passenger seat.The combination of FAST method and TRIZ theory can clearly locate the functions and contradictions of complex products,and find solutions by using targeted invention principles.The resulting seat conceptual design scheme provides more reference directions for the design of aircraft passenger seats in the future.
