颜面部烧伤患者外表完美主义与社交外表焦虑关系中负面身体自我与负面评价恐惧的中介效应

摘　　要：目的调查颜面部烧伤患者负面身体自我、负面评价恐惧、外表完美主义与社交外表焦虑的相关性。方法选取医院于2018年1月—2020年12月烧伤科收治颜面部烧伤患者305例作为受访对象,调查其负面身体自我、负面评价恐惧、外表完美主义与社交外表焦虑水平。结果颜面部烧伤患者外表完美主义得分为49.25±5.08分、社交外表焦虑得分为58.38±6.07分、负面评价恐惧得分为31.60±3.25分和负面身体自我得分为187.21±21.14分,外表完美主义、社交外表焦虑、负面身体自我、负面评价恐惧之间互相呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。外表完美主义对社交外表焦虑总效应为0.669,直接效应为0.325,负面评价恐惧在外表完美主义与社交外表焦虑之间中介效应为0.144(95%CI:0.105~0.227),占总效应21.52%;负面身体自我在外表完美主义与社交外表焦虑之间中介效应为0.132(95%CI:0.118~0.231),占总效应19.73%;负面评价恐惧与负面身体自我的链式中介效应为0.068(95%CI:0.045~0.109),占总效应10.16%。结论颜面部烧伤患者具有较高外表完美主义水平,其能直接影响其社交焦虑,而负面评价恐惧、负面身体自我在其外表完美主义与社交外表焦虑存在部分中介效应。Objective To investigate the correlation between facial burn patients'negative physical self,negative evaluation fear,appearance perfectionism and social appearance anxiety.Methods A total of 305 patients with facial burns admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 in the burn department were selected as the interviewees to investigate their negative physical self,negative evaluation fear of appearance perfectionism,and social appearance anxiety.Results The facial perfectionism score was 49.25±5.08 points,the social appearance anxiety score was 58.38±6.07 points,the negative evaluation fear score was 31.60±3.25 points,and the negative physical self score was 187.21±21.14 points,and the appearance perfectionism,social appearance anxiety,negative physical self,and negative evaluation fear are signifi cantly positively correlated with each other(P<0.001).The total eff ect of appearance perfectionism on social appearance anxiety was 0.669,and the direct eff ect was 0.325.The mediating eff ect of negative evaluation fear between appearance perfectionism and social appearance anxiety was 0.144(95%CI:0.105~0.227),accounting for 21.52% of the total eff ect;negative physical self was in appearance perfectionism and social The mediating eff ect between appearance anxiety was 0.132(95%CI:0.118~0.231),accounting for 19.73% of the total eff ect;the chain mediating eff ect of negative evaluation of fear and negative physical self was 0.068(95%CI:0.045~0.109),accounting for 10.16% of the total eff ect.Conclusion The facial burn patients had a high level of appearance perfectionism,which can directly aff ect their social anxiety,and negative evaluation of fear and negative physical self have a partial mediating eff ect in their appearance perfectionism and social appearance anxiety.
