摘  要:对比分析传统支具与3D打印支具在临床应用效果以及各项性能,探讨3D打印支具在踝关节撕裂骨折损伤治疗应用中的优势。调查30名踝关节撕裂骨折损伤男性患者(20~40岁),这些患者分别采用石膏、夹板和3D打印支具进行康复治疗(每组10人),康复后对临床治疗效果评分。对比目前市面上用于支具制造的传统材料与3D打印材料的机械性能,分析不同3D打印工艺的综合优势。多射流熔融(MJF)工艺打印的尼龙11(PA11)材料综合力学性能最好,MJF工艺制作的支具比其他3D打印工艺综合优势更高。患者在康复期间佩戴支具时,皮肤透气性强,无异常并发症,康复效果良好。临床应用数据表明,增材制造的支具在舒适度、贴合度、透气性、灵活性、力学性能和生物相容性方面都优传统支具。本研究踝关节撕裂骨折损伤定制化支具是增材制造支具现代运动创伤外科临床的重要成果,对3D打印定制化医疗、康复器械的发展具有重要意义。The clinical application effect and various performances of traditional brace and 3D printing brace were compared and analyzed,and the advantages of 3D printing brace in the treatment of ankle tear fracture injury were discussed.Thirty male patients(20~40 years old)with ankle tear fracture injury were investigated.These patients were rehabilitated with plaster,splint and 3D printing brace(10 in each group).After rehabilitation,the clinical treatment effect was scored.Comparing the mechanical properties of traditional materials and 3D printing materials used in brace manufacturing on the market,the comprehensive advantages of different 3D printing processes were analyzed.The comprehensive mechanical properties of nylon 11(PA11)printed by multi jet melting(MJF)process are the best,and the brace made by MJF process has higher comprehensive advantages than other 3D printing processes.When the patient wears the brace during rehabilitation,the skin has strong air permeability,no abnormal complications and good rehabilitation effect.The clinical application data show that the brace made of additive is superior to the traditional brace in comfort,fit,air permeability,flexibility,mechanical properties and biocompatibility.In the study,the customized brace for ankle tear fracture injury is an important clinical achievement of modern sports trauma surgery,which is of great significance to the development of 3D printing customized medical treatment and rehabilitation equipment.
