摘 要:为适应变化多端的工业缝纫机缝制方式,在高速工业缝纫机电脑控制器的设计中,采用参数可调的电机驱动器和控制单元。电机驱动器基于DSP和智能IPM模块设计,用增量式光电编码器检测电机旋转角度和缝纫机头运动,由电机驱动器和控制单元同时接收来自增量式光电编码器的反馈信号,控制单元采集操作面板和踏板的缝制信息,发送指令给电机驱动器,基于DSP的电机驱动器能精确控制缝纫机针的上下运动和精确定位。高速工业缝纫机电脑控制器采用了模块化设计和软件调整方式,实现联网监控和在线参数修改。In order to adapt to the changing sewing mode of industrial sewing machine,the sewing machine controller was designed to adjust the parameters.The motor driver was designed on the basis of DSP and intelligent IPM module.Incrementalphotoelectric encoder was used to detect the rotation angle of motor and sewing machine head movement.The motor driver and control unit simultaneously received feedback signal from incrementalphotoelectric encoder.The control unit collected sewing information from operation panel and pedal of the sewing machine,and sent orders to the motor driver.The motor driver controled the movement of sewing machine needle up and down then stop accurately.The computer controller of high-speed industrial sewing machine had adopted modular design and software adjustment method to realize networking monitoring and online parameter modification.
