摘　　要：市场上新型手机镜头光学防抖模组THB制品钢球的焊接基本以人工加简易设备与治具为主,为半自动作业,故其生产效率低下,产品品质不稳定。针对上述问题,设计开发了光学防抖模组THB制品钢球自动焊接设备。通过结合现阶段工业高新技术,采用高精度分度盘、精密气动元气件、高精准视觉影像判别系统以及高精度激光焊接设备,研究光学防抖模组THB制品钢球自动焊接的方法。独特的双分度盘机构及专用钢球顶针治具的设计,实现了光学防抖模组THB制品的钢球自动焊接,减少了企业成本,提升了光学防抖模组THB制品钢球焊接的品质。In the market,the steel ball welding engineering of THB products of new mobile phone lens optical anti shake module is mainly manual and semi-automatic operation with simple equipment and fixture,so the production efficiency is low and the product quality is unstable.In view of the above problems,an automatic welding equipment for THB products of optical anti shake module was designed and developed.By combining with the current industrial high-tech,using high-precision dividing disc,precision pneumatic components,high-precision visual image discrimination system and high-precision laser welding equipment,the automatic welding method of steel ball for optical anti shake module THB products was studied.The unique design of double dividing disc mechanism and special steel ball thimble fixture realized the automatic welding of steel ball for THB products of optical anti shake module,reduced the cost of enterprises,and improved the quality of steel ball welding for THB products of optical anti shake module.
