摘 要:为改善柴油机的电喷效果,将高速电磁阀应用到喷油系统,对其电磁力的变化规律和磁场瞬态特性展开研究。通过电磁阀动态响应试验,研究高速电磁阀和传统电磁阀的电磁力在不同线圈电流下的变化特性、不同气隙下的电磁力变化规律以及不同磁环高度下的电磁力变化规律,计算运动条件下的磁通特性和磁力响应。研究结果表明,高速电磁阀对磁力的响应控制效果更佳,在保证热功率正常的情况下,可在一定范围内增大电流极值,提升工作稳定性。In order to improve the EFI effect of diesel engine,the high-speed solenoid valve was applied to the injection system to study the variation of electromagnetic force and the transient characteristics of magnetic field.Through the dynamic response test of the solenoid valve,the variation characteristics of the electromagnetic force of the high-speed solenoid valve and the traditional solenoid valve under different coil current,the variation law of the electromagnetic force under different air gap and the variation law of the electromagnetic force under different magnetic ring height were obtained.The characteristics of magnetic flux and magnetic response under moving conditions were calculated.The results show that the response control effect of high-speed solenoid valve to magnetic force is better.Under the condition of ensuring normal thermal power,the current extremum can be increased in a certain range to improve the working stability.
